Riding along the road on the coasts,
I look back the path
My life has taken.
With a million potholes and obstructions,
It was never an easy game.
Spells of vapor drops from the sky
Would never let the track dry.
Took blind curves with expectations
Most of them were only expectations.
I never expected for a paradigm change
But , a little mercy been shown.
That’s fine,
I have managed so much,
I can handle further, all by myself.
Drove fast through greens,
And was slowed down by mean’s.
Little bumps were adventurous,
Thy were short – what
Money never bought.
Pitstops were en route – but
The stops weren’t long enough
Just a charge, to prevent exhaust.
Never had to recuperate, or
Never had to rejoice.
Drove through hairpin bends and
Scaled new heights- but
There was nothing above, and
Had to slide down the same way,
This time, with more care
A steep fall, out of control.
I did manage and was back on track,
The plains and plateaus again,
Still riding safe and sound.
